I haven't had a cancellation email yet either and have checked all my spam boxes just in case.

Im the same. No cancellation email and money gone from account. I only ordered one as well.:)
Have they actually taken the money? I mean, is it actually showing on your statement as taken by debenhams.
I've checked mine and the money has been set aside from the credit card company-in other words it has been requested, but not completed yet, its sat in pending transactions.
