    I've never had problems my refunds have always been automatic, but i'm curious now, have people had problems getting refunds?

    We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

    Just had my cancellation email - apparently it was me the customer who cancelled!!!!!!!!!

    "Order Status: Customer Cancelled"

    Oh well, as someone else below said - got to be in it to win it. Always worth a try, and move on to the next bargain....

    No, Debenhams are pretty good. It's just that having been part of MSE for a number of years, it seems there is a general pattern that emerges on these glitch threads:

    (This is meant to be tongue-in-cheek)...

    1. Big glitch
    2. Someone says they have ordered 50 of them
    3. Other posters complain saying that you ruin it for everyone else
    4. Cancellation orders start coming in
    5. There are always a couple of posters left that don't receive their cancellation e-mails and hope they will still receive the order. In the end their cancellation e-mail arrives.
    6. Some people moan that the refunds are taking to long to process. "They were quick enough to take our money" - is quoted.
    7. Someone asks whether legally they have to honour the deal.
    8. We all wonder whether we will receive a gesture of goodwill for our disappointment.
    9. We move into the next glitch, hoping the next one will be honoured.

  • What are the chances of them actually honouring this price? Don't want to be throwing money down the pan as such. I mean, will it be worth the hassle as they are more than likely to just refund it?

    Has anyone thought about Cashback too ;)

    Lol, I've just ordered.

    They will find all your orders and cancel them but because I ordered after they supposedly took the webpage down, my order will sneak through the net. Mwahhahahh. :rotfl:
