Argos

I bought a television from Argos with a 3 year Sony guarantee.
However the form for the guarantee was missing from the box.

This was supposed to be registered with Sony within 28 days of purchase.

Eight months on I still have not received this form despite numerous letters and phone calls to Head Office. All I get told is that it will arrive in 28 days and so the months go on. All I have is a name and phone number to contact but still the form does not arrive.

Any advice on what to do next please........................... thanks
