Defaulter - Time to start dealing with my debts

Basically over the last few years have buried my head in the sand and ignored letters previously etc but its time i dealt with my debts and paid them off so thats why im here after being a lurker for a while and as much as i've known i needed to deal with the debts ive put off actually doing anything about them until now.
Just checked my credit score and have a very low score.
Defaults as listed are:
company/amount/date of default
Nationwide bank ac -£278.00 16/11/10
Payday loan -£275.00 01/06/10
carphone warehouse -£684.00 24/03/06
ulsterbank current ac -£1,996.00 30/04/10
payday loan -£684.00 21/04/10
ulsterbank cc -£1,000.00 03/06/08
The carphone warehouse one had been being collected monthly for a while a couple of years ago but nothing that was ever collected came off the balance from what is showen on the file.
The nationwide one is a result of charges from 2 missed direct debits after id switched to them then changed back. Have set up a 3 month plan to pay it off with the roxburghe debt collectors they referred it to. Have made the first payment which isnt showing on that balance so it should be paid off by april. The others havnt contacted me for months or years but i am planning to clear these debts as well.
I will post a statement of affairs tomorrow. I have an income of £1070 a month. Have a car on HP which is due to finish october 2012. But i am hopefull of trying to pay it off by feb/march 2012 so that i can then sell it and use the 4k i should get for it to clear off some of this debt.
Ive budgetted a plan to get myself back on the straight and narrow but it's just making sure i stick to paying off this debt and any advice welcome. As i say i'll put the statement of affairs up tomorrow night.

Yep, well done! It's not easy to do when the future looks bleak and all seems pretty grim. Think we have all been there.
One step at a time and the first step (doing this) is one of the hardest.
Keep the faith and dont let the [insert word] wear you down...it's only money as they say!
Cheers
