continental airlines-distgusting cabincrew.manchester-newark ny anyone else ?

ive just arrived back from the newark ny to manchester uk flight and im distgusted and angry about the way me and my wife were treated on the continentals airline from manchester to newark new york.

there was one particular guy a old,bald scottish member who was rascist,bullying,obnoxius and crazy to the point were he was scaring people on the plane.

he kicked on guys foot and told him to "keep his f@kin legs in !!",he threw meals to customers..he gave the guy next too me a meal then he started to eat it as he was eating it the guy walked back snatched it away ,reboxed it then gave it too a smalll kid in the next isle.

when i feel a sleep he asked my wife what she wanted to drink..she said "tea ,milk no sugar " he said "what ?" she said "tea,milk no sugar" he said " look do you understand english WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DRINK !!!!" SHE SAID "tea ,milk no sugar "he then said "for f@ks sake why didnt you say that before !! then stormed off..(my wife is asian and that was obviusly a racist remark and she only told me what hed done and said on the way home she later cried about it )
when i woke up my wife was quite then he returned and said what do you want ? i said "tea..no sugar and a bit of milk" he said so you want black tea ?i said no i want tea no sugar and a bit of milk..he then shouted so you want "tea,milk no sugar..is that so hard to say my god are you stupid ..(then made a swirling sign above his head with his fingers )
then he came around with food asked me what do i want i just said have you got anything without cheese as im alergic to it he shouted well why didnt you ask for a special meal when you booked your flight? i replied "i did but i guess you havent got me one but its ok im not hungy thanks " he then threw a chicken meal at me then shouted "here eat this no cheese in this next time ask for a special meal " as i took my first bite it was covered in cheese i then felt sick.

ive sent a email to continental airline customer service this morning but havent recieved a reply about but i deffinatlly want something done about this sicko so i was wondering if anyone else has had issues with this guy ?hes obviusly based on the newark to manchester route as we delt with him on the way there and the way back..he was obnoxius on the way there but we brushed it off as a bad day but this idiot is obviously like this all the time and should be sacked.

as we waited for our bagge evryone commented on how he was with customers and he also didnt wear a name tag to identify himself but as there was only one bald,white,fat,scottish guy working on that flight im sure it wouldnt be too hard for continental airlines to investigate this

does anyone know who i can take this further with and who i should contact about his behaviour.thanks

dmg if you read m4s post he says its a building site which it is if you go there.all i was doing was repeating what that guy said if you dont believe me read his post before mine .i went to pay respect too the poor people who died there but theres nothing there you have to goto the church which is a few blocks away which i did .so before you pass judgement please read other comments before shooting me down..im not ignorant and to show respect unlike other tourists i didnt stand there in front of the building site with a cheesey smile on my face i choose not too take photos there as i think thats a disrespectul and ignorant thing too do.i was hoping there would be some kind of monument but there wasnt in fact whilst i was there the cops wernt letting people get too close too it from the wall street side because theyd hada terrorist tip off wall street was gonna be targetted so police were walking around in force and no transport were allowed in except some buses which were searched and building vehicles.

M4RKM did not state it was just a building site, as you did. You really need to stop blaming him for everything!

I have been to the WTC site a few times, and whilst there is no doubting that it is a building site, there is clearly far more to it.

Maybe you should stay in the UK next time - I hear Blackpool is nice?

I am intrigued as to how all the shouting didn't wake him up?

Perhaps you should have spoken to the CSD on the flight before disembarking or spoken to a representative of the airline when you got off. I can understand it's a long flight and you were probably tired but it's often better to deal with these issues as and when they arrive rather than trying to deal with them afterwards.
Had you asked to speak to a more senior member of CC at the time, you were more likely to have been able to engage other passengers as witnesses to this guy's behaviour. You've now lost that possibility and I hope you didn't rant in your email to the airline in the same way you've ranted on here, and the NY forum as you won't be helping yourself.
