and

I havnt used this but downloaded it and forget it...
Its an exe file not installed...
It found a Trojan.Siggen.23063 & BackDoor.Siggen.142370 -
Remove everything:idea:0

Just give it a clean with ccleaner and you should be good to go
Download CCLEANER
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/slim
Run the CLEANER scan (UNTICK 'cookies')
Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks):idea:0 -
