Seatwave Refund

Hi

My partner bought some tickets to an Adele concert in Plymouth in September. We now no longer want the tickets but have no way of getting a refund, nor can we contact the seller to arrange a compromise, nor can we resell the tickets because we will not receive them until 2 days before the event. Can anyone advise what we can do, we feel really stuck.

Sell them on and arrange to meet the buyer at the concert (assuming you live in Plymouth)?

I think the above is probably best, Concert tickets are very rarely refunded for any reason other than cancellations of concerts etc, so unless you hold onto the chance that the concert maybe cancelled then yes sell them on

as for the short notice, yes and no you can advertise them for sale now wait until they turn up and then send to new buyer via fast method or as said in above by meeting the person at the concert but I assume you will not want to do this with reasons as for no longer going?
