Mrs Mac was doing a big shop online. Wouldn't acceot her customer number, so she had to phone the 0870 number:mad:
15 minutes later Mrs Mac comes off smiling, the problem was she has three accounts
The one she had used was marked as dormant, even though it was the one they sent on mailings
The good news was, they had sent Mrs Mac a 25% off her next order, a couple of months ago, we didn't know about it, the girl did and told us, saving £80!!!:j
