My DD has office 2007 and is upgrading to 2010 via a download product. Does she need to remove 2007 first? If so how does she protect the contents of outlook 2007. She has many contacts and emails she needs to keep and is worried if she deletes office 2007 she'll lose the lot.
I have only ever downloaded office onto a 'clear' system so not sure.
Thanks

No, there will be an option to do an upgrade. All the emails/contacts etc should be maintained.0
