Good Freezer Brands

As my upright freezer is on its last legs and replacement will sooner rather than later . Anyone that can recommend or not current brands as the names are not what they used to be since i bought this Bejam freezer .

    Samsung or Gorenje for me.
  • If your on a budget gor for Haier, otherwise samsung or lg.
  • If you want good quality, consider Liebherr - they make fridges and freezers for Miele.

If you haven't had to replace your freezer since the days when Bejam were around, you've probably saved enough money by now to buy a Liebherr. Most of us aren't that wealthy.

Are you going to keep it in the house or garage/outbuilding? I think that should be a consideration as well!

At that sort of budget for say a 60cm wide by 175/185cm tall model you would be best looking at maybe Bosch as they come with a 2 year warranty

Something like bosch kgv36x48gb seems to be aroujnd the £400 mark and is quite good size and A++ rated. Check out Bosch.co.uk and household appliances for full range

Probably best of the upper-budget market i would suggest

Saying that Siemens creeps into this bracket aswell apparently so Siemens KG36VX27GB at Boots Appliances for around £380 is pretty much the same

Some Siemens models also benfitting from a trade in of £50 or £100 at present so consider that aswell
