I sold a faulty iphone for £30 on a buy it now, stated clearly it was for parts only, anyway the buyer opened a case claiming it was more damaged than i stated (it had water damage but was in perfect physical condition) the buyer said the screen was smashed and the button was scratched! it was wrapped in bubble wrap and in a jiffy bag, with "handle carefully" written on the jiffy bag.. i have photos of it from the listing and the buyer didn't send me any pictures of the damage, but paypal decided to refund the buyer. i had already put the £30 into my bank so my paypal account turned into negative balance -£30. they sent me various emails and told me to send a cheque or pay by debit, or a postal order. i sent a postal order for £30 straight away last wednesday along with a letter including my paypal email and address and i have had no communication or comfirmation. should i be worried..?

Probably yes you should be worried. However if you have full tracking and the receipt for the PO to prove that a) paypal have it and b) paypal have cashed it you will be fine.
