anyone received axa ppp healthcare £100 M&S vouchers?

hiya just wondered if there is a way to get the vouchers with out actually carrying on with the insurance
received a letter from axa offering £100 m&s vouchers if i join
any ideas on this would be greatfull
can i take it out and cancel
