· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 11.00 a.m. as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the programme.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 931 941 and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63303 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number.

Prize:
The prize includes:

· A cheque for £5,000 (five thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant; and

· A ten-night trip for the winner and a companion to the Seychelles.The prize includes return flight from London Heathrow to Mahe Seychelles, return transfers from the airport in the Seychelles to the hotel and hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a room. The trip is split between five (5) nights at the Dennis Private Island Resort on a full board basis, and five (5) nights at the Four Seasons Resort on a half board basis. The prize must be booked and taken up between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2012. Blackout dates include:

o 9 April 2011 – 19 April 2011;

o 15 July 2011 – 15 August 2011;

o 21 October 2011 – 25 October 2011; and

o 13 December 2011 – 28 December 2011
