I'm trying to find a copy of the Visa Rules and Regulations.
I contacted my bank (HSBC) earlier today to dispute a transaction on my account and they are unable to help as it's over 118 days old.
When I asked for a copy of the rules and regulations she was very unhelpful and terminated the call.
Can anyone help?:o
