Hi there,
I used confused.com for an insurance quote and Swiftcover was the cheapest .. the next one was £80 dearer (Admiral) .. how is the co? and is it worth spending more to go with Admiral?
Thanks

Its cheap for a reason.
Read the policy cover to cover and make sure you are happy to accept their unusual conditions.
Do a search here and on the net to see if you will be happy with their "service".

Its pretty unlikely that a customers choice of garage would be more expensive than an approved contractor from my experience.
People who want to take their car to their local garage usually deal with smaller garages who's overheads are lower and they are therefore able to charge less.
Not always the case but i used to work in motor claims a few years back.0
