No BT 12 months contract renewals letter query

I'm on the old BT Unlimited Evenings & Weekends call plan.

In previous years, I normally receive a letter from BT around a whole calendar month before the 12 months term is up, afterwhich they automatic renew the contract for another 12 months.

But this year, with only 2 weeks left to run, I've heard nothing from BT.

Has anyone heard from BT about automatically renewing their contract lately?

If you dont intend to renew I would call them ASAP, as they seem to have may customers who dont receive a letter in time, or at all, but they still get renewed, you probably could argue the point and eventually get released,(if you wanted to be released) but who needs the aggro..if you are happy to renew for another 12 months, then sit tight, my renewal letter turned up a coulpe of weeks after the renewal date passed !!, I also missed out, as many people were getting a £36 reduction on a years rental, by calling and saying they were thinking of moving to another provider.....may be worth trying
