Will Santander Charge For Bounced Cheque Into My Account

I have paid a cheque into my Santander account and I am 99.9% sure it will not be paid by RBS (due to their incompetence). Will I be charged for this, I cannot find anything in the list of charges.

    You wouldn't get charged for this, no. But RBS aren't incompetent. They are a reasonably good back although they have just made some incredibly unwise investment choices in the past.

    Santander are the once that couldn't organise a p!ssup in a brewery ;)

    I will take your word on it but failing to act on correct written instructions in July last year resulting in the written insructions being resubmitted, agreeing they have received them and then failing to act on those instructions seems fairly incompetent to me :mad:
