I would, but problem is I have moved for work.... and now my house is rented out unil July.... Big problem is, its costing me a fortune in bills.... I assume there is no way of getting any of this back0

Nah,
Its a plumbing problem... We know what the problem is.... essentially needs re-plumbing, but not being done... Also, our cylinder is dripping0 -
To add to this, there is a high pressure water cylinder as part of the system and this is losing water through the overflow, which I am concerned means that is probably unsafe aswell.
The overflow is a safety mechanism, so the system is working correctly. There is a fault and it is causing the water to go out through the overflow this needs attention.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Sounds like it might need a power flush - sludge builds up in the pipes and rads, so the hot water can't circulate properly to heat the rads. But that's justa guess. PF costs a out £100. You could suggest this to the LL and even, if he isn't interested, offer to pay if he gives permission.
Try about £300ish.
OP, what is the problem with the pipe work?0 -

Responsibilities are not obligations. The landlord doesn't have to act. Furthermore, if the OP harasses the landlord too much, he risks retaliatory eviction.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
