I run a internet marketing business and has been reasonably reasonably successful - I now have approx 400 per week to invest.
I would like to buy a cheap flat and do it up but dont know were to start with buy to lets.
If anyone has and good ideas please share.

How much deposit do you have saved up? for a B2L you would need 25% (although there are some 15% deposit ones but the fees are high).Thinking critically since 1996....0
