I have just worked out all my unfair bank charges thanks to the site and want to know if I send it to my own branch or does it go to a different address. Anyone help here ?
Thanks

Yes, however the OP is referring to sending the initial contact letter and so is neither for Data Protection (getting copy statements) nor for issuing court proceedings.

I'm claiming against four different banks for four people (Natwest, Barclays, Lloyds, Nationwide). In all instances, I've sent all the letters (DPA letter, first request for payment, and letter before action) to the persons normal branch, and only used the registered address for the court claim. This has worked fine in every case so far.
