Melon Granita would be gorgeous!
The link is for Daquiri granita, but just replace the rum with the same quantity of Midori. If you don't have an ice-cream maker, freeze the mix in ice cube trays. When you are ready to serve, allow them to melt just a little and then crush them in a food processor.
It would be brilliant in between courses or simply as a desert, especially after a rich meal.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
