Oooh I used that to make cocktails last New Year's Eve:

    Japanese slipper

    1.5 measures vodka
    1 measure melon liqueur
    1/2 measure lemon juice
    ice cubes
    slice of lemon

Shake it all up and strain into a cocktail glass and don't drink 3 very quickly like I did and suffered BADLY the next day...

take a shot glass and pour in 1/3 shot of Grenadine
    1/3 shot of melon
    1/3 shot of advocaat
you will end up with three layers of colours.

  • Hi Tankgirl, Is it Midori you lucky blighter? I love that stuff! If so you could try a Coconut Melon which is an excellent cocktail, and would be absolutely great around Christmas!

    Ingredient List
45ml Midori (or whatever melon liquor you won)
    30ml Vodka
    30ml Coconut cream
    1 scoop of vanilla icecream

    Method
Put all of the above in your blender and blend! Then pour into a champagne or wine glass or anything else to hand.

    Beautiful!
