Boiler Cover

We have an old boiler which so far has given us no bother but potentially could and I was interested in npower's £50 cash back deal which would have benefited us if we'd had it over the past 5 years of not making any claims on our existing cover. Problem is you have to be both a gas and electricity customer of npower to get the offer which wouldn't be a wise option (I wonder how many people will actually be eligible for the cash back???).
Can anyone recommend a good boiler and heating cover?
Apologies is this isn't the correct part of the forum, I couldn't find an obvious thread.
I think it p!sses God off if you walk by the color purple in a field somewhere and don't notice it. People think pleasing God is all God cares about. But any fool living in the world can see it always trying to please us back.

    British Gas Homecare policy is what i have, never had any problems.

    Complete waste of money. Lots of negative experiences of both Homeserve and BG HomeCare if you pop over to the Gas & Electricity board. Get your boiler serviced annually by a local recommended independent RGI, and put the savings in the bank to use if you should ever need an unscheduled call out.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Am only talking from my own experience!!

    If they want to take out the insurance then that's up to them. Some people like the peace of mind!!
