policy cancelled without 30day warning letter

Hi all,
Yes my initial letter confirmed that a claim would immediately follow the reinstatement of the policy. I appreciate the entirely apporpriate paranoid warnings, its a must in these situations and hadn't thought they might only reinstate without cover of existing problems or with a clean bill of health, so will absolutely double check before sending the money. Their letter back is clearly worded with no legal speak and says the policy will be re-instated so I think if they try any funny business it would be legitimate to say that any reasonable interpretation of the letter is that the policy would be exactly as it was. I will mail them now however.0
