where to buy nets for the windows incredibly cheaply?

it has to be a street shop rather than online as i need them like within the next two days (so going to get burgled otherwise)
also need the stuff you hang net curtains on, that wire with a plastic coating and hoops, although i could knock something up with string so not essential (but as cheap as possible)

I was going to suggest the Birmingham Rag Market on Edgbaston Street. Curtain material is £1 a metre, so net material is probably even less. However, the OP seems unfriendly and demanding so I won't bother.0
