Packard Bell Easynote TX86 - Internet connection issues.

Afternoon all,
I was hoping someone could help me shed some light on my very irritating intermittent laptop problem! :mad:
Its a P.B Easynote TX86, bought from PC world 02/01/11.
It has worked for a month brilliantly, no problems at all. Lately it has started dropping network and internet connection, then refuses to reconnect. I have my old laptop on the network at the moment, works fine so i dont think its the router.
The network card is a Broadcom 802.11n, running the most up to date driver.
We thought there may be a conflict with the antivirus, a free trial of Norton came with the laptop. Have now removed that and am using Mcafee. Nothing shows up in the logs that would suggest it is stopping my connection.
The network diagnostics in Windows says "Windows is unable to resolve your connectivity issue".
Short of throwing it through a window, and before I take it back to PC world (for the tech guys to tell me it works fine
), is there anything you clever peeps can suggest?

I seem to be having the same problem. I have no idea what it is and its frustrating me when iv only had the laptop about 4 months0
