Does anyone know what the height restriction is when erecting a structure directly off your house.
Also do you need permission.
I'm wanting to build a cat run directly from my back door to the adjacent wall appox 9ft away and it will be 12ft long.
My problem is to clear the window it will have to be 9ft in height,the outside wall is just over 7ft.
The firm making the cat run will make a sloping roof so it won't stick up over the edge of the wall.
Anyone know if this is permissable.
Also any advice welcome.
