    Hi there

I don't know anything about Trust Deeds but just wanted to send sympathies. I'm in a similar situation to you, really struggling and just about to write a cheque from one credit card to pay another - doh!

But I'm sure for both of us there's a way through and before long this struggle will be just a bad memory. Hang on in there and someone more helpful will come along.

If you've still got them and they are in OK condition, try listing them on Amazon rather than ebay. It's easier for one thing and for another you don't pay anything until they sell. Just be sure to describe them honestly. I put things like 'plays OK on my equipment' and the few I've listed have all sold quickly.

A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.
  • Hi. A full SOA would help along with minimum payments required for your debts each month. By a full SOA I mean you really need to include money in your budget for tax/mot/food for work/ haircuts/birthday presents etc. When we have a true picture of your incomes and outgoings (even if the outgoings are greater than the incoming) then we can help more. Don't give up just yet. You should have a realistic idea by now of how much you are spending on evenings out/ food for work etc.

    Hi there
A couple of things. It might be worth talking to your current CC providers. Say that you are thinking of going elsewhere that has a better APR. They might offer you a reduced interest deal to keep your custom.

Have you had a chat with Payplan or CCCS? It may be that a Debt Management Plan is the way to go rather than a Trust Deed. The two FREE companies mentioned will negotiate with your creditors, to allow reduced payments. In some cases they also get them to freeze interest too.

    best of luck
