                    Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice......
Basically I bought an item on Ebay which wasn't as described, I raised a case and seller agreed to a refund on receipt of the item. I sent the item via courier with tracking which shows it was delivered and signed for. The seller is saying it has not been delivered and he doesn't know the person who signed for it.
Where do I stand?

Have you entered the tracking no. into the dispute? Have you spoken to the courier?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Yeah the tracking number has been entered.
I Have spoken to the courier and they say it was delivered to the specified address. Thing is its a business premises not personal but it did go to the correct unit. Surely anybody can make up a name if they wanted to be funny??0 -
Ring either Ebay or Paypal, depending on who you opened the case with. Explain the item has been returned, don't say the seller is disputing the return. Give them the tracking number and ask when you will receive your refund.
With luck, you will get someone helpful on the phone and they will do it there and then.0 -
Just come off the phone and the guy said i will have to escalate to a claim if I haven't received the refund before the 10 day period.0

Ok, sorry I thought you had escalated it already. If you can, escalate it now.0

Yeah as soon as I can I will. Should be a simple case then you reckon?0
