Give them a setting in time

They have just moved in and you have previously been living next door to a empty house so you will be more sensative to the noise, if it goes on just put a note through there door informing them that you hear the doors banging and its very noisey at least they will be aware of it.

and as said your baby will be crying and they will be hearing that too, so it swings about

failing that turn up your tv and buy ear plugs
