Finding a file

I attached a file to an email, before sending I opened it and changed it, saved it, closed and then tried to reattach. However, the old version has attached and the new one is in the OLKBE Temp internet folder. How can I get into this folder, I've looked and searched for ages!

I'm not a techie but does this help at all?

Thanks sparky, don't know why attachments have to be so flipping hard to locate, seems I'm not the only one to forget to check.
However, thankfully I have randomly found it - saved itself as something else. Whenever I attach a file I feel compelled to re-read it and change something, I should just leave well alone!!0
