Water charges

Hello!
I'm possibly being a bit thick, but I have bought my council property (approx 5 months ago). I know I used to pay water through my rent but haven't paid it since buying the house.
How do I go about finding out who supplies my water and letting them know i'm not paying at the moment? (I've been putting money aside each month so no worries about paying it)
Thanks

The map was a little confusing for my area - I live on a boundary, wondered if there was a postcode checker but I cant find one . So I will phone the council and check 0 -

Good timing
