Malware results...

I think i'm doing this properly here.

I've have a phone call from someone saying they were from a Windows support company and that it was in response to the 'Send Error Report' message I keep getting. I stupidly let them log onto my computer, type in different things then when they tried to sell me anti-virus, I hung up. I then logged on here and run the anti-malware thing and these are the results...

My laptop has since restarted and seems to be working fine.

I had a virus last year and my friends boyf cleared the hard drive (I think). I have nothing on it at all - no pics, music, word, videos. nothing. nowt. nada. but I keep getting messages saying I have low disc space. I can't even defragment because I have less than 15% available disc space. Are all these things linked?

All help would be much appreciated
