Birmingham House needing complete refurbishment

Right basically i own a 3 bedroom terraced house in the B8 area of Birmingham, this property needs to be completly redone, the skirting boards are falling apart, it needs a new bathroom, as well as a new kitchen,basically everything is falling apart!!!

I have absolutely no idea how to get started, i dont even know how much it will cost,can anyone give me rough estimates reading the above?

Also can anyone gives me the names of reputable companies in Brum who can undertake such work?

As much as many on here would love to help, as each property is individual, it is impossible for any trade to give even a rough guide without seeing the work needed.

Just to add the property has loads of mice as well

Can anyone point me in the directions of companies in Brum who could give me a free quote?

I know there are plenty on the net, but if anyone has personel recommendation that would be good.
