Yes am fine here thank you... Hows you?

Fine - got my meds now and I needed them tonight - I made a stir fry with noodles and as a sauce I added Sweet chilli Sauce but I think I used too much as it took my breathe away - I was coughing and spluttering, sneezing and coughing at the same time, eyes streaming but I still ate it all and had to use the inhaler afterwards and, of course, have an ice cream to cool my mouth and throat
