I am having stew and boiled potatoes. I am so tired. It has been a long day. I had lots of hypos today. I think i need to reduce my overnight insulin (was hypo at 4am took ages to get up) then at 10.00 then at 3pm. Had a lot of lucozade today. Oh dear. I will make sure i do something.

Am looking forward to the stew it is just yesterday's heated up. My meals last for a whole week!!!

I am happy though. A bit worried about WilliamD1964 i hope he is ok. He has not posted, he is such a nice kind man. I hope he is ok.

    Hello!

Very tired here too. I have stinking cold :( Other than that I am ok.

Off to cook something cheesey and eggy. Early night for me and really want to get on with some stitching.

Didn't get that letter done. New attempt tomorrow.
