I shall come and catch up later after I have fed two hungry tummies.

Just to say that I passed the credit check and we are moving. We need to be out of here by 13th of May  I am soooo excited!!!

Hi Marru, thats great news, i hope the move goes well, and also hope you have something scrummy to eat. our meal was beef and swedish meatball (pork) casserole, with roast potatoes, followed by fresh strawberries and a muller rice.

oooh sounds intriguing, may i ask what it is?

    HERE is some info

    Today I had in mine:
    - leftover chips (from fish and chips dinner from chippy we had late last week)
    - One left over boiled potato
    - Some frankfurter sausages
    - Two eggs

    Method:

    - chop everything thumb size (or bit bigger if wanted) pieces. Throw into a pan, heat up.
    - you can either serve the the egg as fried on top of the pyttipanna/pyttepanna/pyttipannu or do like I do to crack the eggs into the pan with the other ingredients and mix until egg is set, makes it a bit moister and nicer to eat

Wonderful for using all sorts of left overs. Any left over meat with any left over pots. Can be used for quorn sausages etc as well.
