    Tonight's dog walk is going to be a killer! Instead of 4 miles to McD's on the flat, we're going to one of the parks. Its shorter (about a mile and a half) but the whole thing is on a hill and it gets quite steep at the top. We're going to park the van half way up, then walk the rest of the way, then all the way down to the very bottom and then back up to the van. Not only that but I'll be carrying an extra 20kilos on my back, so guess i might need resusitating by the end!

    kit you are soo kind...
    there's really no need to get anything at all... it will just be nice to meet you and chat... my walking buddy lisa will be there as well... and if you're planning on having a bit of a stroll by the sea or something like that then you might meet smokey dog too !

    a walk would be fab. Am genuinely crying here. Oh poop maybe i should have taken those AD's. Bloody terrified. I might call it a night.

    Kit, check your sugars and inject/eat OK? Then get yourself to bed but only if you will sleep, otherwise, watch some 'soft/happy' tv programme to relax and then get to bed - we need you OK for the weekend hun

    Puds - woofer will love the sand dunes at the beach we'll be going to :j :j lovely golden sand - deep golden sand - very hard to walk through by the way, so good exercise :j

    OK, I'm off to have a bath and then wash my hair - what a luxury, a bath :j We only have a shower and that's all there is at Mam's house too
