Calm down Kit,go inject, have something to eat, and take a deep breath, hold it for 10 second's and blow out and pretent that deep breath was the fear of meeting new people and by blowing it out you are leaving room for good thing's to happen.

I'm sure there's nothing to be scared of at all Kitster. I'm looking forward to meeting you at last.

I'm trying to get back on the right track with the diet again, but its been very difficult today... so much so that this afternoon i was so being tempted to start pigging out that I resorted to going back to bed for an hour... and thats not something i do very often... i guess it was the lesser of two evils?

There's so much chocolate around at Easter, it's really frustrating... and it seems to get cheaper year after year
