Want to jump on a plane and not come back. Today i bloody hate my job. Are there any magic pills for that? What are you up to? I will drink tea and iron and hopefully snap out of this. Been crying. Utter idiot.

Oh sweetie what is really the matter?
does the ironing help? if not do something that you want to do and that makes you feel good
you are so lovely and should not be feeling like this
write down everything you need to do and cross it off as you do it
prioritise it do you really have to do it? can you leave some of it out?
I would come over but i am not feeling too good and dont want to pass it on as you are going away-you have that to look forward to use it to motivate you
we all love you sweetie take heart from that:):):)
you are not an idiot just feel a little down as you are tired and have had to work some of the hols which is not fair when others havent and you are feeling righteously annoyed and down with it
it feels like a never ending drudge and it is but you are coping and doing well so remember they love you and we do too

No i want to stop time. I wish today would never end. Dont want to go back. Life must truly suck i am going to do my ironing and listen to Crowded House and Suzanne Vega. And it is gorgeous outside. Why am i so ungrateful?

you are not ungrateful just not feeling your usual self
sweetie it is ok to feel this way it will end you have been here before and you came out of it
have you had your stuff today etc have some tea and some sun while it is there

Hey tixy i was going to email you. We haven't seen you in ages. Susan is visiting her mam in Newcastle. Steve, Andy and I are visiting her this weekend. We are going to Edinburgh to meet Porge and Beanie and Pudds and Frit and maybe Northern Las too.

Are you ok? We haven't seen you for ages.

I am on hols but doing lots of crap work. Hate it. How are you and how's life?
