Bob i am so unstressed at the moment. I am not eating big meals as i am fed up of food so i am snacking then i am miscalculating my insulin I think. i can't keep eating huge meals am utterly fed up and have no appetite will reduce basal insulin tonight and short acting in the morning too.

Gosh legs are so unfit!! what happened i used to be a size 6 up till last year???? I am soo unfit. Not for long though i will get old me back and be happy exercise makes you happy. Why am i chatting to myself where is susan?

I didn't think you should eat big meals- DD fairs far better when she has a regular time, but manageable food. I also don't know whether you get a pattern or not, but she gets very affected during seasonal changes, so summer can be a problem. but i have noticed other times as well. It always requires an adjustment.

Bob have you met HID, he is Andy steve's other half. Andy i am getting my butt back. i have been inspired by WilliamD. I miss you guys welcome back. Going to jog for 5 mins and then i will be back. love ya.

Hi all just a quick visit while missus is along the road having free tea

Heard beanie needed support and so do I ...... so I pledge to give up beer for a month from now to support her

Couldnt come on earlier to do this as had to drink the 2 bottles in fridge first

Will be on here more when old bat goes up to her Mams so talk to you all then
