Oh, by the way, I had another "first" for me yesterday - I paid the balance of this year's council tax which means that, for the FIRST time in many many years, I will enter the next tax year with no debt from previous years carried over to the coming year - the council tax bill I get will be for the coming year's council tax only - boy does that feel good :j :j

No it didn't :mad: I have decided not to go to mediation. There is no guarantee that what ever gets agreed is going to work as he is constantly ignoring the agreements. So court it is.
