    Hi all

Dragon - many happy returns :-)

Frugal - Mr S does a very good basics frozen berry mix £1

3dogs - fish casserole? - seems a bit of a strange combination to me - but high in protein and low in cals i suppose, a bit like the fish n chip soup i once created!

I've been on a 10 mile walk today and the old feet are a bit tired now. We walked Kandi the first 6 miles, and her "brother" Tyson the last 4 miles, after meeting up with my friend in A$da carpark for the dog swapover and lunch in the supermarket cafe. An enjoyable day :-)

Yes I put ice on it, but it dosen't take long for my ankle to start playing up becuse of my weight, hence me trying to lose weight.

Das ist da one I have used. :D First time I have used it and as a basic pack I thought they would be scrappy bits of fruit but no, big juicy perfect fruits. Thanks Puds x

    Happy Birthday dragon :)

Hello everyone, hope the weekend is going well for you all. Ouch to your ankle Boult, i hope that gets better soon. Keep it nice and raised!

So i went out last night to this pub that turns itself in a club sort of thing. Dancing on one leg was tricky, and i lost one of my crutches but luckily it got handed in! haha. Today i went to the beach again and had a pic nic by the sea, then we went to a pub for a tea! Lovely day :)

Good on storage units Susan and fish pie, well yum wish i was there!

Puds 10 miles! fantastic. you are really good.

Vix dancing on one crutch - that is sooo girlpower I am laughing. Glad it was handed in!

My day was good. Had some miserable news by facebook message from an old friend earlier today and then i went out. It was lovely i had a most MSE day but still shopped, bought useful things eg food, treats, cards and had drinks in a bar and lunch, i bought it for two people and only spent £21! including over £5 on bus fare!

Hey Beanie!!!! how is snow situation?

I reckon that deserves a certificate. Plus i showed Penny where the Poundshop is in town and she bought 3 things there, she was the old me and only shops in Coast, Karen Millen, and bought make up in MAC. I reckon i deserve some kind of discount as a regular now!
