Morning Susan texted to say it is quiet so far at t'boot but luckily not as cold as last week. It is stunning outside here. Birdies are chirping in the garden and squirrels are well, squirrelling. They always look so busy but end up digging my bulbs up by mistake! It is Friday, am soooo happy. Only a few hours and i can chill as 'tis the weekend. Hooray.

Happy vicki is here!! The sun and weather is glorious, it just lifts your mood so much doesn't it! I'm hoping my carer will come and take me to the beach later

Ted: I love it if you did get married. You just need to concentrate on you for a few years first. Then you can open your heart to a lovely lady who you can make babies with.

I'm back and getting warmed up - yes I know it's lovely and sunny, but out of that sun it is freezing - not too many people about at the car boot but it ticked over - Mr 3Dogs did OK in the end with his records and I took another £10 for the stray doggies - considering the number of people about and that I only had 50p items out, this is OK and, as we know, every little bit helps :j :j - so total so far for doggies is £73 :beer:

The sun seems to have cheered people up on here - it does make you feel better doesn't it?

I'm glad happy Vicki is back.

DHL owe me £200 from last september, which ive been squabbling with them over ever since (letters phonecalls threat of court action etc). They make their payments by bacs every fortnight on a Friday, today being one of them...so i checked my bank today not expecting to see anything and wow £196 has been paid in - £4 short but near enough!
All morning i was floating round on a cloud thinking that I'd finally got the matter sorted out. Came home at lunchtime and opened my post to discover a remittance slip from one of my customers saying that they'd paid £196 into my bank !!!!!!!!! the payment i saw was nothing to do with DHL - just a complete coincidence that its an almost identical amount and just happens to have been paid in again by coincidence on one of the fortnightly fridays too. As soon as i read the remittance slip, it was like i'd got all the wind knocked out of my sails, so gutted!
yeah its good that a customer has paid a bill, sure, but i was really delighted when i though that the dhl battle was finally over and its not! :-(

It was sunny here in the morning, very windy and cold now. We went to playgroup, whoops, me advertising made it to popular, they have closed membership and then went to park. Just waiting to got to Drs now.
