i have just been awarded all my charges over the past 6 years but was not offered the 8% interest has anyone got this far and declined until they have been settled in full,
if so what do i do next?

Write back and say whilst you are happy to accept an offer, it needs to be for the full amount claimed and reiterate what you are claiming for and ask for a revised offer within a timescale to suit you.

Great news that you won though, just the banks being tight fisted before you can get your cash back!

The way I read the OP is that he was not offered the 8% interest, operative word being "offered". Did you claim for the 8% or just the charges, as I wouldn't expect them to offer anything that wasn't in the claim.
