HPI check

I did a HPI check last night on a car i am going to view tomorrow but the check does not show the address of the current owner, is this correct?

Also , the current owner says it has had 2 keepers before him but the HPI only shows 1 , he did state that both previous owners where dealers as the car used to be a demo car. Should i be concerned?

Motoring trade do not show as keepers unless registered to the company. They would send off the yellow portion which shows the car as being "in the trade" and this does not increase the owner count.

It should show the address of the owner unless they've moved and not changed it.
