Don't wait until expiry date to redeem Thompson and Morgan vouchers

I had a £5 promotional voucher from Thompson and Morgan which has an expiry date of 25th Feb 2011.
I tried it yesterday and the website told me it was not valid.

I emailed Thompson and Morgan last night and, to give credit where credit is due, received a prompt reply this morning.

However, they have told me that because it expires on 25th February, the last day I could use it was the 24th. This is a new one on me, and maybe I'm just stupid but, I always thought the expiry date was as stated, not the day before.

I know it's my own fault for leaving it until the last minute but I'm not best pleased. :mad:
I could have sort of understood if they had said close of business on 25th (although I would normally expect an on-line voucher to expire at midnight).

So anyone with a voucher with an imminent expiry needs to make sure they order sooner rather than later.

I have spoken to my Manager who has forwarded your comments on, in future this date will be amended. In the meantime, please use the below voucher instead, this is valid until 05/03/11.
