Why does my Wireless Zero Config not startup?

It's set for Automatic but most times I have to go into Services and start it manually.

    Some wireless cards (eg, Belkin, Netgear) install their own management software, which means the Windows effort is overridden by default.
    Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.

    Go into Network Connections, right click the wireless Network connection and select Properties.
    Then Wireless Networks tab and make sure that Use Windows to configure my Wireless Network Settings is ticked.
