Why does my Wireless Zero Config not startup?

It's set for Automatic but most times I have to go into Services and start it manually.

Go into Network Connections, right click the wireless Network connection and select Properties.
Then Wireless Networks tab and make sure that Use Windows to configure my Wireless Network Settings is ticked.0
