Advice desperately needed
Options
Could someone please advise? I signed the paperwork to go into a Trust Deed with an IP on 28th December 2010, and the advert went into the Edinburgh Gazette on 14th January. I am inundated with letters from creditors, which I was advised to ignore, so they all go into a box, but today, 25th February, I received a hand delivered letter from a creditor, giving me a sum to be paid within 14 days. It says it is a schedule of inhibition. I have no idea what it means, and I am unable to get a hold of the Insolvency Practitioner to find out. Surely if the advert has been in the Edinburgh Gazette 6 or 7 weeks ago, the trust deed should be on its way. This letter is from one of the creditors that were to be included in the Trust Deed, and I was informed by the IP that I was not to pay any further money to any creditors, so why is this document being hand-delivered to me? This is worrying me sick. Any advise is appreciated - thanks in advance.
