Thanks, I'll have another look at it tomorrow then. I was in a bit of a hurry today.

'Sew' is a different magazine and I'm not sure if it's new, I've only bought the last two issues.

Nykied, not sure if you have seen it but Sew Hip is good. I subscribed to Sew for 3 months for £3 last year but cancelled it after the 3rd one as didnt think it was that great. I think Sew Hip is £4.99. I just got my new one through the post yesterday so it should be in the shops over the next week or so.

I'm 36, I'm not hip! ;) I've had a quick look at that one in the shop but I think it was in a plastic wrapper so I couldn't flick through it. I've just bought the new Sew today, may have a look at Sew Hip next week.

I liked the prom dress-type pattern that was free with Sew this month. I've been thinking of making a dress for my friend's wedding in May.

I love the sew hip mag :D there is something I can sew for everyone each month, I loved the hedgehog mittens in last months (DGD :D I think)
I will have to keep an eye out for the simply homemade one as I love craft mags/books that I can do to add to my home rather than card or cross stitch stuff (I like cross stitch but Im older than you lot lol and I need my glasses :rotfl:)
I would love to have a go at candle making :D
Getting myself sorted 1 day/1thing at a time :) and Love sewing :)

I need my glasses all the time, have done since I was about 11, so you can't pull that one on me! ;)

    We're all 21 and a few* months.
